Welcome to Artwise Tech! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Delivery Doctor (“App”), our website (artwise.tech), and any related services provided by Artwise Tech (“we”, “our”, “us”).

By installing or using Delivery Doctor, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the App and discontinue use.

1. Scope

These Terms apply to Delivery Doctor, a Forge application for Jira Cloud published on the Atlassian Marketplace. Delivery Doctor is a delivery health monitoring tool that detects bottleneck patterns in your Jira projects.

2. Relationship with Atlassian

Artwise Tech is an independent vendor and is not affiliated with Atlassian Corporation Plc. All billing, licensing, and installation are handled by Atlassian via the Marketplace platform.

3. License

When you install Delivery Doctor, Atlassian grants you a license to use the App according to the Atlassian Marketplace Terms of Use. Artwise Tech retains all intellectual property rights in the App, including its algorithms, visual designs, pattern detection logic, and documentation.

4. Use of the App

You agree to use Delivery Doctor only in accordance with applicable laws and Atlassian’s Acceptable Use Policy. You may not:

reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the App
use the App to process or extract data unlawfully
resell or sublicense the App without written consent
attempt to circumvent any usage limits or security measures

5. What Delivery Doctor Does

Delivery Doctor analyzes your Jira project data to:

Detect 8 types of delivery bottleneck patterns
Calculate a Health Score (0–100) for your project
Provide adaptive thresholds based on your team’s historical performance
Display actionable insights on a dashboard within Jira

The App reads issue metadata (status, dates, assignees, time tracking) and does not modify your Jira data.

6. Support & SLA

Support is available via email at support@artwise.tech. We aim to respond within 48 hours on business days (Monday–Friday).

7. Data Processing & Privacy

Delivery Doctor processes only the minimal metadata required for pattern detection and health score calculations. We do not access or store issue content (summaries, descriptions, comments, attachments). All data is processed within Atlassian’s Forge runtime and stored in Forge Storage (encrypted at rest). 8. Availability & Performance

Delivery Doctor depends on Jira Cloud and Atlassian Forge infrastructure
We do not guarantee uptime beyond what Atlassian provides for the Forge platform
The App scans up to 5,500 issues per project per analysis cycle
Performance may vary based on project size and Jira API responsiveness

9. Updates

We may update or modify Delivery Doctor periodically to improve functionality, security, or compatibility. Material changes will be announced on the Marketplace listing.

10. Limitation of Liability

Delivery Doctor is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Artwise Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to:

decisions made based on the App’s analysis
data loss or corruption
business interruption or lost profits

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Artwise Tech from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App in violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time by uninstalling the App. Upon uninstallation, all data stored in Forge Storage for your site is deleted by Atlassian.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland and the European Union (GDPR compliance). All disputes shall be settled in the courts of Warsaw, Poland.
